Todd Porterfield - Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years of logistics experience, Todd founded Impact Fulfillment Services in 1998 as a full-service "product to shelf" producer of retail display, promotional and point of purchase materials. Behind his leadership, IFS has experienced remarkable growth and its client base includes some of the most well-known national brands and companies in America, which partner with IFS to generate greater awareness and impact for their marketing initiatives.The strength evident in the company’s momentum reflects Todd’s strong personal emphasis on developing a great team. He has built IFS based on his vision of an extended family, and takes special pride in promoting from within that IFS family.

Jon Heard - Chief Financial Officer
Jon has significant management and business experience including high-level negotiations, communications and relationships with creditors, investors and private equity sponsors, analysts, boards and audit committees. Jon also has significant SEC, external and internal financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis experience, including due diligence and analysis of acquisitions. Jon has a BS in Accounting from Furman University.
Andy Mangano - Senior Vice President of Quality
A native of New Jersey, Andy relocated from the greater Philadelphia area to join the Impact Fulfillment management team in the spring of 2011 as the Vice President of Quality Assurance, a position that he held until his transition to President of IFS midyear 2014.
Andy has over 30 years experience in the medical device/OTC industry that has been focused in supply chain management, operations and quality management, with a strong emphasis on customer service. His career started as a production supervisor in the medical device industry and grew to encompass plant materials management/purchasing, manufacturing operations for North America, global supply chain operations as well as global quality assurance/regulatory affairs responsibility. His career has also encompassed data center management along with direct responsibility for sales force management. He is formally trained in six sigma process improvement (black belt) and enjoys implementing process improvements aimed at customer satisfaction.
Lanny Pickens - Senior Vice President of Operations
Lanny offers a unique, 360°, top-to-bottom understanding of national/international supply chain, multi-facility management, and leading-edge operational methodologies including:
* Six Sigma
* Lean manufacturing
* Danaher Business Systems (DBS)
* Toyota Production System (TPS)
* Total Quality Management (TQM)
Lanny has a BS in Marketing and Management from University of Evansville.
Mike Emmerth - Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining the IFS team Mike studied Management of Transportation and Logistics as well as Packaging Science at Clemson University. He joined the IFS team in early 2010 as a Packaging Engineer and was quickly promoted to the Director of Engineering. During his tenure he has been responsible for the layout of the IFS campus, customer specification control and software, manufacturing cost estimation and R&D/implementation of the latest industry trends in automation and late stage differentiation. “Todd has done a tremendous job in instilling many core values in the IFS team, most notably, the strong customer focus and family atmosphere that all our employees live and breathe every day.”
Tom Ensley - Vice President of Operations for the Customer Response Networks
Tom has a proven record of accomplishment in successful turnaround operations with excellent team building and communication skills with the ability to drive and replicate improvements in multiple facilities. He is a goal-oriented leader who has successfully increased EBITDA year over year through creation of key performance indicators in all pillar activities. Tom has designed and implemented Lean Manufacturing processes in each significant area of excellence, Safety, Quality, Talent Development, Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance and supply chain programs controlling all losses and reducing waste activities. Tom has a BA and a Master degree in Business Administration from Wilkes University.
Chris Jackson - Vice President of Quality

AMI - Worked for 2 years as Shift Supervisor
USMC - Served for 9 years as a Ammunition & Explosive Expert. Several deployments overseas and to hostile environments.
Joined IFS in September 2002 as a receiving supervisor. Shortly after that he became the Procurement Manager (A position that we did not have at the time, but was required upon being awarded a major piece of business). Left procurement and went back to Logistics as DC Manager (Open 2 different warehouses during this time). Asked to move to Iowa City and help start up the operation. Shortly after arrival was promoted to Plant Manager. Under the tutelage and guidance we became very successful with excellent quality output and production efficiencies. On multiple occasions was brought back to NC to help out when the business demand was there. Promoted to Vice President of Quality in August of 2014.
While in the Marine Corps Chris was awarded a combat action ribbon and 2 Navy Achievement Medals. At IFS Chris has been promoted several times, including being asked to manage the first satellite facility. There have not been any quality incidents, in Iowa, for over 2 ½ years.
Jayne Poole - Vice President of Client Services
Jayne came to IFS in 2001 bringing with her experience in Retail and Manufacturing sales, Retail Management, Recruiting and Regional Sales Management. While at IFS, she has successfully lead the Customer Planning team as well as the Account Management teams to deliver positive and timely results to Impact’s entire customer base. Jayne understands the need to “Say What We Do” and “Do What We Say” with not only our customers but also the entire supply chain.

Laura Austin - General Manager
Laura is no stranger to the production and manufacturing environment, having spent 24 years as a Production Manager and Master Scheduler in the Multi-Media industry before joining the Impact Fulfillment Services team.
Laura is passionate about displaying superior customer service and delivering quality product on time to the customer. “I was fortunate enough to work under the leadership of Todd Porterfield during the first 10 years of my career at my previous employer where he instilled the values and training of how to be a successful and effective leader. Exceeding the customer’s expectations is my main focus as a representative of Impact”.
Bill Hill - General Manager for 1361 Campus
Bill began his career with Impact Fulfillment Services in March of 2004 after 19 years with a design and manufacturing company for automobiles, medium and heavy trucks, and off-highway vehicles. During his tenure there, Bill had first-hand experience and responsibility in the areas of Production & Program Management, Engineering & Quality Management, and Scheduling in a QS9001 work environment. His perspective has been invaluable in managing a smooth operations flow for all IFS activities."My personal philosophy has always been to strive for total customer satisfaction, and that means both inside and outside the company. All of us work hard to deliver that satisfaction to our team members every day, because we know that our associates are the greatest asset IFS has. More importantly, when we do that, we also create the best success for our customers."
